We buy our gifts from a range of sources including our direct links with friends in Uganda (See about us for more detail about our work with ACE). We also import fairly traded products from Sri Lankan and Peruvian friends
Serendipity also works with small and large wholesalers, all of whom have strict fair trade and ethical trading policies. Some of Serendipity’s smaller suppliers work directly with local co-operatives, for example providing support for Nepalese girls who were unwittingly sold or tricked into circuses in India and become victims of child abuse.
We have an enormous variety of goods from recycled aluminium housewares to soapstone figures and handmade ethnic jewellery.
Serendipity has a registration with BAFTS pending, once we have been trading for 6 months.
